It also features a pavilion with picnic tables and barbecue grills, perfect for a summer get together with friends and family. Water Haven is home to Water Haven Park, a 3-acre site that offers active play spaces, including a sprayground with a tall water tower and low bubbling sculptures. Home price ranges from $325,000 to $560,000 while HOA fee ranges from $632 to $1255, dependent on the section. #Water haven park bridgeland windowsThese patio homes are designed to have deeper backyards and walls of windows that are unique only to Bridgeland. It features patio homes by David Powers and Trendmakers. A community of reasonably priced large homes that opened in 2010. West of The Cove is Lakeland’s 4th community, Water Haven. Bridgeland’s model home park is also located in this neighborhood. The Cove also features parks that are unique only to this neighborhood such as the aromatic garden, an island park, a formal rose garden and a lakeside maze that families would surely enjoy. It caters to students from Kindergarten to Grade 5. This neighborhood is home to one of Cy-Fair ISD’s A graded elementary school – Pope Elementary. Home price ranges from $250,000 to $600,000 while HOA fee can go anywhere between $565 to $1200. It mostly features large homes that are reasonably priced, perfect for families seeking single-family homes. This strolling path features bronze turtles climbing statues under the communities’ old-growth oak trees that culminates in a small park with butterfly-friendly flowers and plants. This beautiful community is surrounded by 60 acres of lakes, trails and parks with Turtle Lane and Butterfly garden as its focal point. Like The Shore, homes in this neighborhood are also sold out. Current home prices range from $309,000 to $749,000 while HOA fee range from $642 to $2922, again, depending on the section. It offered 402 homesites in six separate neighborhoods, some of which are gated. It features a large open play area and a pavilion.įirst Bend was the second community that Bridgeland opened within Lakeland Village. Parks abound in this area, with Shore Park as its focal point. Trees also lined the asphalt pathway, making it perfect for walking, jogging and biking. Exercise stations are scattered along the mile-long path. True to Bridgeland’s promise of staying connected with the community and nature, House-Hahl Trail runs across the neighborhood and connects with The Shores Lake Trail or First Bend Lake Trail. As of this time, homes at The Shore are already sold out. Home price ranges from $240,000 – $670,000 while HOA fee may be anywhere between $632 to $1650 depending on the section. Most homes in the area were built in 2006 but recent builds were made in 2011. It has about 600 homesites surrounded by 100 acres of lakes.
